DISTURBED CHAOS
Lucid Nightmare x Azrylith (God's Illusion)
Introduction:
Disturbed Chaos is a four-year-old black sabino thoroughbred, standing at a massive seventeen point three hands high. As a race horse he raced a total of eleven times: winning eight, placing twice, and finishing out of the money only once. He was a dominate figure in figure in racing and chances are he'll be a dominate figure in showing, given the right patience and training.
Racing Career:
From the first day he set hoove on the track, Disturbed Chaos has shaken the racing world down to it's core. He went undefeated as a two-year-old, earning his first second place standing as a three-year-old against future Triple Crown winner Flashy Bull. The only time he ever placed out of the money was as a four-year-old, stirring up trouble with Flashy Bull on the track. Until late autumn he did not set foot back on the track, requiring special training to boost his confidence after his devistating loss. Unexpectedly he was entered in the Breeder's Cup Classic, having won a qualifying race prior to his absence, and was pit up against some of the greatest horses of the time. Disturbed Chaos did not win, however he made it a point to be the second placing horse against Flashy Bull & former Derby winner, The Black Pearl, losing only to American Flag. He was nominated for the Eclipse Award's Moment of the Year ("On The Path of Redemption"), but lost to Flashy Bull ("To Crown A New Prince"). Typical of him, Disturbed Chaos went out with a bang. After the Breeder's Cup, Live Oak Plantation announced his retirement and that his stud book would open the following year. He was left with no outlet for his energy and only a month into retirement he proved he was too much to handle. Live Oak assigned him to show trainer Winnie Sharphowl and place him up for sale.
In-depth Personality :
Disturbed Chaos is the seventeen hand equivalent of a five-year-old child. He's playful to the point of being annoying and destructive, fueled by a reaction of any sort. When he doesn't get what he wants, he throws violent fit. He's aggressive and dominate toward other horses, regardless of gender. In fact, the only horse he's remotely calm around is his mother. He's behaved well enough for women who spend time on him, but any close bond he has ever conceived has been to a man. Granted, "Dissy" is hard to work with, but tireless dedication to his training and development has reaped unimaginable success. It seems the key to working with him is first granting him stability, both in his atmosphere and interactions.
