Recently, someone approached me asking about the staff payment program. She wanted to know if she could work for us without getting paid, which is totally fine, and the money just goes back to the dream. But it got me thinking about the staff activity check requirements and whatnot, so I thought I would adjust the program a little:
Effective immediately, staff members are only required to post one roleplay log a month. This log needs to be with a character they do not own, and must take place in Four Star Farms. However, in order to earn pay, you must post three logs a month.
This also provides a way for furres who go on vacation or have a busy month to still keep their jobs without being put on probation. They simply will not be paid for the month -- that's it. And if you never want to get paid, don't post more than one roleplay log per month.
